Next Social Security payment in December
The next Social Security payment for the month of December is on the 14th day of the month. On this day, retirees born between the 1st and 10th of a month will receive their payment. It does not matter the month of birth, but the day only. Therefore, anyone born between these days, regardless of the year, can have good news in just 2 weeks.
In addition to this payment, the SSA will send two other disability and age retirement payments. This will be on the Wednesdays following this payment. Thus, the third and fourth Wednesdays of the month are the days for these payments. In December, SSA will make payments on the following days:
- December 21st.
- December 28th.
On the first of these days, those born between the 11th and 20th of the month will receive their pensions. As for the second of these days, December 28, the retirees who will receive the payments will be those born between the 21st and 31st of December.
