In just 10 days the Social Security Administration will send out the new check for United States retirees. However, not all retirees will be able to collect this benefit. In order to receive this check, certain conditions must be met.
This does not mean that beneficiaries who do not meet the conditions will not receive their benefit in September. But it is true that the benefit will arrive on a different day. So pay attention to the payment schedule if you want to know whether you will receive your check in the next ten days or you will have to wait a little longer.
In addition, meeting the conditions for this day of the month does not mean that you will receive the money immediately. The Social Security Administration will send out a check on this day, but the payment may come later.
The most important thing in all of this is both having the benefit accepted and the fastest collection method active. So take a look at the calendar if you are anxious to know on what day you will receive the next of the checks. Will you have your Social Security pension within 10 days?
WHO GETS SOCIAL SECURITY IN 10 DAYS?
In order to receive your Social Security payment within ten days, you only need to meet two requirements. These two requirements do not really depend on the beneficiary, so if you do not meet them, there is nothing you can do to change it.
The requirements to cash the next of the checks are:
- Have a birthday between the 1st and 10th of the month.
- You must have Social Security benefits accepted after 1997.
You do not need to meet any other requirements to cash a check on this day. However, you must also have Direct Deposit activated in order to cash the check instantly.
Otherwise, we will receive the money by direct deposit a few days later. If the Administration sends the check on September 13th, retirees without Direct Deposit will receive Social Security on the 15th or 18th.
