Only two groups of Disability beneficiaries can get the new United States Social Security checks in the next few weeks. These two groups have a couple of requirements each. If we have already gotten a check in March, we will not have access to one of the new checks.
But in the event that we have not yet received a Social Security payment, whether due to disability or otherwise, within the month of March we may be able to collect one of the next two checks. Just looking at the requirements to see if we are part of this group is enough.
In the event that we have to wait for a check in the next few weeks, payment will be made on the 20th or 27th of March. Everything will depend on our birthday and the year in which we have applied for retirement. So pay attention to the disability payment schedule for the remaining days of March.
Remaining Disability Payments in March
In total, the Social Security Administration will send out two new Disability payments in the month of March. So if you don’t have a payment yet, it’s good to know that you may soon be able to get one. The payment days will be March 20th or March 27th, but you must meet the requirements to get them.
In the case of the March 20th payment, you will need to be between the 11th and 20th of the month. Likewise, it is also mandatory to have applied for the retirement benefit as of May 1997.
In order to collect the payment on the 27th day of March, it is also necessary to have applied for the benefit after May 1997. However, in the case of birthdays, it is necessary to have been born between the 21st and 31st of the month.
After the payment on the 27th day of March, we will have to wait until April to collect a new payment. The schedule of Social Security disability payments in April will follow the usual rules, so it will not be difficult to know on which day we will receive our benefit payment.
