Thousands of Americans are expecting to get their Tax Refund from the IRS very soon. Other United States citizens, however, are already enjoying this extra stimulus check. However, some Americans who have submitted a Tax Return have to wait a little longer for several reasons.
Applying for a Tax Credit usually causes the IRS to send the Tax Refund later. Still, there are ways to speed up the process a bit. If we consider everything we can do to get the money faster, what we will do is get our stimulus check with the Tax Refund much sooner.
And February 27th may be a key day for this. And that is because the IRS will be sending out Tax Refunds to citizens with Tax Credits on this day so that they can enjoy their money as soon as possible. But not all Americans who have one of these stimulus checks will be able to collect it on the same day.
How to get the IRS Tax Refund on February 27th?
The only way a citizen who has applied for the IRS Tax Credit can get the Tax Refund on February 27th is to choose the right collection method. This is really important, since it can make us get the payment much earlier or much later.
Looking forward to your #IRS tax refund? After you see a sent date on “Where’s My Refund,” please wait five days to check with your bank about your money, since banks vary in how and when they credit funds. See https://t.co/PFiedQt3bX pic.twitter.com/vkt5r3DMc9

Thus, in order to get this Tax Refund as soon as possible we have to:
- Activate Direct Deposit as a collection method.
- Not to have errors in the Tax Return.
- Have correctly applied for the Tax Credit.
So if you have the Child Tax Credit and the EITC and your Tax Return is correct, the IRS will send you your Tax Refund very soon. The deadline is usually February 27th, but that is if you have sent in all the documents in the first few days of Tax Season.
If you send in your Tax Return today you will not get your stimulus check on February 27th. Remember that the IRS needs time to process all the information and determine if we have direct access to our Tax Refund.
If we cannot get it on that day, we will have to wait a little longer. However, activating Direct Deposit can be key to receive the payment as soon as possible, since the IRS sends it but we will not get it immediately.
