IRS Tax Season is now open for United States taxpayers, but that does not mean that everyone has to file immediately. Likewise, it doesn’t mean that those who file early will get a Tax Refund early. These stimulus checks arrive sooner for recipients who send in their Tax Return early, but it may take a little longer in some cases.
And to tell the truth when this delay occurs we find that it is actually good news in this particular case. And that is that getting the Tax Refund stimulus check a little later means that the IRS will send a bigger check. That will be in some cases, of course, not all. Since we might get the check later for other different reasons.
But in case you are among the group of Americans who have applied for a Tax Credit, the news of getting the Tax Refund from the IRS a little later should not be negative, but quite the opposite. And thanks to this we could have more money in our stimulus check, which would make our budget better, although it is true that we will have the money later.
Why will some people get the IRS Tax Refund later?
The reason has already been advanced a bit, but it is very simple. If we apply for a Tax Credit, the IRS will need more time to check if we deserve this extra money. Therefore, the Tax refund, in the case that it is affirmative, will take longer to arrive. Thus, the Child Tax Credit or some other type of Credit will arrive together with the Tax Refund, but later.
As in prior years, by law #IRS must hold refunds claiming an #EITC or #ACTC. That means taxpayers should see the first refunds in their accounts by February 27, 2024, if using direct deposit. See https://t.co/KvzBKRpdwy pic.twitter.com/g9TMM5DWvO

There is no doubt that it is good news to get the money a little later, but it is true that it would not be bad to get the money as soon as possible. For this reason, it is always advisable to send all the documentation as soon as possible. Likewise, we must also send the complete documentation and all the supporting documents to obtain the Tax Credit in question.
If we are entitled to this extra benefit from the IRS, it is important to send all these documents in time. So take note and send all the papers well and without delays. Remember that the normal Tax Season will end on April 15th, but that does not mean that we have to wait until that day to send the documents.
