Disability benefit payments from the United States Social Security Administration will reach many citizens this week. Any U.S. residents who meet only two requirements may be eligible to receive this new Social Security disability check.
Not only that, but any other category of Social Security beneficiaries may have access to this new check. In this sense, the category of the benefit does not determine the day of payment. Any type of benefit, as long as it is not Supplemental Security Income, could arrive within 48 hours. All we have to meet are two requirements tied to the birthday and the chosen payment method.
Having a payment method activated is essential to receive the money as quickly as possible. Otherwise, we will receive the money in the same way, but it will take a little longer to have it available. If you check the Social Security calendar and your disability benefit arrives this week, get your bank account ready because you could have it immediately. Do you meet the requirements to receive your check without having to wait?
Requirements to receive your disability payment this week
The Social Security Administration will be sending out a new benefit to disability beneficiaries in the next few days. And not only that, the rest of the users will also be able to enjoy this benefit as long as they meet the requirements. In this sense, both age retirement beneficiaries and the rest of the retirees will receive their checks in the same way.
In order to receive the check on Wednesday, May 17th, the following requirements must be met:
- Have a birthday between the 11th and 20th of the month.
- Activate Direct Deposit as a payment method.
In the case of not having a birthday between these two days, the benefit will still be paid out, but on different days. But in order to receive the payment in this week it is indispensable to fulfill these two conditions. Otherwise, we will have to wait a little while.
