The Social Security Administration will send new checks to retiree beneficiaries in March. Retirees in the United States who meet specific requirements will be eligible for this new benefit.
However, some retirees will not get this new check soon, but will have to wait until April to collect a new check. Even so, it is true that in the case of not getting the Social Security in the next few days of payment means that the check has already arrived to the current account.
But if we are still waiting for a new benefit in March we should keep in mind the requirements for the next Social Security payments. There are still two more paydays for two different groups in this current month.
If you meet the requirements for one of these days, you will have Social Security money in the next few weeks. If not, since the payment should already be in your checking account we may need to claim the benefit as soon as possible.
When does the new Social Security payment arrive?
Next March 20th the Social Security Administration will pay the new retirement check to the following group of beneficiaries. This group is group 3 and only Americans who meet the requirements will have access to the payment.
In order to get this benefit we must follow the following conditions:
Have a Social Security benefit since after May 1997. The year of retirement does not matter if it is after that month. The type of retirement and the age of retirement do not matter either.
You must be between the 11th and 20th birthday. This second requirement is also mandatory. So if your birthday is not between those days, regardless of the year of retirement, you will not be able to collect this new payment.
After the 20th of March, the Social Security Administration will pay the last of the March checks on the 27th of the month. But to get this other payment we will need to meet different requirements. On the one hand, the retiree’s birthday must be between the 21st and 31st of the month. On the other hand, the retirement must be after 1997.
