Before the end of August many United States citizens will be able to enjoy one of the new SSI, SSDI, VA, Retirement payment checks. These payments, sent by the Social Security Administration, will be arriving in Americans’ homes in just a few weeks. Some Americans may even be enjoying some of these payments already.

Therefore, Social Security Administration payments for these types of beneficiaries have a set date and accessing it is as easy as checking the official calendar for SSI, SSDI, VA, Retirement payments. SSI, SSDI, VA, Retirement in the coming days of August
Retirement payments arrive at the same time as SSDI and VA payments. These benefits may arrive on the same day for thousands of beneficiaries who share a retirement group. However, SSI arrives on a different day than this payment day, since we find that SSI checks are mailed on the 1st of each month, with some exceptions.
And just in August we find that there are exceptions in the payment schedule. The SSI checks will arrive twice a month. To find out all the details, it is best to take a look at the payment schedule:
- August 1st. August SSI payment.
- August 2nd. Group 1 retirement, SSDI and VA payments.
- August 14th. Group 2 retirement, SSDI and VA payment.
- August 21st. Group 3 retirement, SSDI and VA payment.
- August 28th. Group 3 retirement, SSDI and VA payment.
- August 30th. September SSI payment. This payment comes in advance.
Group 1 retirees are those who have had retirement since before May 1997. Those in groups 2, 3 and 4 have a benefit since after May 1997. The date of the birthday is what determines whether a retiree is in one group or the other.
Remember that these are the Social Security Administration’s mailing days. To get payment on the same day of remittance you need to activate Direct Deposit. Without this collection method, the money will appear a few days later. We will still get it, but a little later than the day established in the payment schedule.
