A huge group of retirees in the United States will receive the new Social Security payment in just a few days. What is the fastest way to collect the pension?
Social Security payments reach retirees on the same day that the Administration sends them if they have previously activated Direct Deposit. This method of payment is not mandatory, but it does have a great advantage.
If Direct Deposit is not activated, the Social Security check could take up to 3 days to reach the pensioners’ bank account. Therefore, the fastest way is Direct Deposit, although the final decision is up to each user.
