New payments for a group of United States citizens arrives today to American households with retirees. The Social Security Administration will pay new benefits to all those Americans who meet certain requirements.
If you are among the group of retirees who meet specific requirements, the Social Security Administration will send the money to your bank account today. However, there is another requirement that must be met in order to get the check today.
In that case, we are talking about meeting three different requirements to be able to collect the payment today, March 13th. And that is that this Social Security benefit of up to $4,873 is only for group 2 retirees.
And that particular group has to meet two requirements, to which we have to add the chosen collection method. By setting all this up properly we will get the Social Security payment today.
Who gets the Social Security payment today?
As we have already mentioned, in order to collect today’s payment on March 13th, two mandatory requirements must be met. The third requirement for collecting the Social Security payment involves choosing the fastest collection method.
All things considered, these three requirements would be:
- Activate Direct Deposit. This requirement is important for all groups of beneficiaries. Getting payment on the same day of mailing is possible if we do this.
- Have Social Security since after 1997. Beneficiaries prior to that time belong to a different group.
- Have a birthday between the 1st and 10th of the month. This is the second mandatory requirement. Only this group collects the benefit today.
If you meet all of these requirements, your Social Security payment will arrive in your bank account today. If you do not have the money available for use during the day, you may have to claim your payment from the government.
Even so, there may be some occasional problems, so we should wait a few days before making any claims. If we don’t have the money by Friday, then we should contact the Social Security Administration.
