Throughout the remainder of November, United States Social Security beneficiaries will only be able to get one of the two remaining checks. Even so, it is true that there are still two dates for the payments to be sent, which means that we are facing two opportunities to collect the new benefit.
If we meet certain requirements, we will be on the list of beneficiaries who will receive the benefit in the next few weeks. If we are not on this list of beneficiaries we should already have the check in our pocket, so it is a good idea to check our bank account where we usually get Social Security.
Regardless of the type of benefit we have, disability or otherwise, we can get one of the next two checks. Just by meeting two conditions we will get on the list for the 15th of November or the 22nd of November payments. The important thing in these cases is to meet these requirements and have the fastest collection method activated in order to get the money as soon as possible.
WHO WILL COLLECT THE NEXT TWO SOCIAL SECURITY PAYMENTS IN NOVEMBER?
November Social Security payments will arrive in the next few weeks to two specific groups of Americans. These two groups are made up of retirees from all walks of life. So, it doesn’t matter if our check is for age retirement, disability or even spouse retirement. The important thing is to have the check already accepted, since otherwise we would not be able to cash it yet.
Thus, the two requirements to be on the list depend on the specific day. These are the remaining November payment days and their requirements:
- November 15th. Payment for retirees born between the 11th and 20th of the month. You must also have applied for Social Security after 1997.
- November 22nd. In addition to having a retirement check from after 1997, it is necessary to have a birthday between the 21st and 31st of the month.
There is no other extra requirement for the Administration to send us the payment in these days, but there is another requirement if we want to get the check as soon as possible. If our idea is to collect Social Security as quickly as possible, we must activate Direct Deposit. This method of collection will cause the benefit money to arrive instantly to our checking account.
After the payment on November 22nd we will have to wait until December to get a new benefit. Therefore, the payment calendar will end and a new one will begin with the particularity that we will have an extra check of Supplemental Security Income in the last month of the year 2023.
WHEN IS THE NEXT PAYMENT AFTER THESE TWO?
After the payment on November 22nd we will have to wait until December to cash a new check. This new check will arrive on the 1st of the month. To tell you the truth, the December calendar is a bit irregular.
Depending on the type of benefit we have, we can get up to 3 different checks in this month. Still, the payment days will be on the 1st, 13th, 20th, 27th and 29th of December.
The 1st of next month will be a double payday as the Administration will send out Social Security payments for pre-1997 retirees and SSI recipients. The remaining days are for Social Security payments for other post-1997 retirees.
