As happens every month, the Social Security Administration sends out new retirement benefit checks to seniors across the United States. But not all retirees receive their check on the same day.
In this regard, in order to receive the next Social Security payment, there are a couple of requirements that must be met. Meeting these two conditions is enough for us to have the benefit in our pockets in just a few days.
Likewise, the rest of the retirees who do not receive this check have nothing to worry about. The Administration will send the check to each and every one of the beneficiaries who have the benefit accepted. Receiving this payment earlier or later depends on several factors.
Americans who receive their Social Security benefit on the 12th of July are only those who have a birthday between the 1st and 10th of the month. In addition to that, it is also mandatory to have applied for the benefit after 1997.
With these two requirements, the check will arrive very soon. The rest of the retirees who do not meet these requirements will receive their benefit in the next Wednesdays.
To be more precise, on July 19th, retirees born between the 11th and 20th of the month will receive their payment. Likewise, beneficiaries with birthdays between the 21st and 31st of the month will be paid on July 26th.
Remember that to be part of these groups it is also mandatory to have the Social Security benefit since 1997. Any retiree who has had the benefit since before that date received the payment on the 3rd day of this month.
