The payments that the Social Security Administration sends each month to United States citizens arrive on different days depending on the group to which the beneficiary belongs. In this sense, many of the Americans may get the next payment from the United States Government, but many other citizens will not receive this new payment.
Even so, it is true that not receiving the next payment does not mean not getting any benefits from the Social Security Administration. Not only is it possible to receive this check in the next few weeks, but it is also possible to have gotten the check before that particular day. We are talking about the next of the payments being sent out on September 11th.
Who is not getting the next Social Security check?
On the 11th day of September it is possible to collect the new retirement check if you are eligible for it. Belonging to this group of the Social Security Administration is possible only if we meet two requirements. So, just by checking the requirements we will be able to know if we are eligible or not.
The requirements for collecting the September 11th Social Security Administration check are:
- Have a birthday between the 1st and 10th of any month.
- Have an SSA benefit since after May 1997.
It does not matter what type of benefit you have, nor does the amount. Therefore, Disability, Age Retirement or any other type of benefit beneficiaries can get the September 11th payment from the Social Security Administration if they meet these two requirements above.
How to get the Social Security payment quickly?
In order to get the retirement benefit we can choose two methods of collection. In the past it was also possible to get payments from the Social Security Administration with a physical check, but that is no longer possible today.
Although both methods currently available are really effective, one of them is faster than the other. In this sense, if what we are looking for is to have the payment as soon as possible we must activate Direct Deposit as a collection method.
If we do not activate this collection method, the money will arrive to the current account anyway, but a few days later. September 11th is the day on which the Social Security Administration, but getting it on that specific day or not will depend on the collection method chosen.
