Throughout the United States, the Social Security Administration‘s payment schedule lets Social Security beneficiaries know on which day they will cash their check. On each of the days the Administration sends a payment to retirees, only one group of retirees can access that particular check.
Social Security sends benefits on a staggered basis. This means that the payments are not delayed, since the payments are not all sent at the same time, and there is no overcrowding in sending the money. Regardless of this, we must also take into account the collection method chosen in order to receive the money from Social Security as soon as possible.
Therefore, if we combine knowing the timing of the payments along with the right collection method, we will get the check very soon in the end. As soon as we can get it, because in order to cash each of the checks we have to meet certain requirements.
If we are in the next day’s group, the money will appear very soon in our bank account. In the next week, the Social Security Administration will send the retirement payment only to the beneficiaries on this list.
The list of beneficiaries for the next Social Security payment
Only those retirees who are on this list and meet the requirements will be able to receive a check from Social Security. Regarding the type of benefit, it is good to note that the category does not matter. Just by having the benefit accepted, you have already fulfilled the first of the requirements.
Therefore, we can say that the retirees who are on the list are those who already have Social Security, and, in addition, they have their benefit since 1997:
- They have their benefit since after 1997.
- They have their birthday between the 1st and 10th of the month.
The beneficiaries who meet these requirements will be able to receive the money on the 12th of July. To this we must add the use of Direct Deposit. This method of collection is the fastest of all and means that we receive the money from Social Security instantly.
So if you are on the list and add the right collection method, the money will appear immediately in your pocket. Therefore, we will not have to wait a day to receive it and as soon as it is the 12th of July we will be able to enjoy the benefit.
If you do not have Direct Deposit activated, there is nothing to worry about. This is because in this case we will receive the Social Security money through the bank account. This means that it may take up to 3 days for the money to appear.
Regardless of which collection method we use, the Social Security Administration will send us the money only if we meet the above-mentioned requirements. However, if you are not on this list, there is nothing to worry about. The next payment day from the Administration will be July 19th and 26th. Depending on the day of your birthday you may receive your check on one of these two days.
