Which SSDI beneficiaries will get their September 1st check on time?

If you are not in the group of beneficiaries who meet the requirements, you will not be able to receive your payment on time on September 1st

Social Security SSDI money is arriving in days

In the United States, citizens with an accepted SSDI benefit will, as always, receive their Social Security pension in September. This is certain, but what is not certain is exactly on what day we will be able to collect the new SSDI retirement check. Still, we don’t have to worry too much about it because the money will always be in our pockets.

SSDI beneficiaries can receive payment on up to 4 different days of the month. We have to add Supplemental Security Income benefits to this, but those checks are different. Currently, the next Social Security Disability payment will arrive on September 1st.

This will be true but only for one group of beneficiaries. Even SSDI pensioners who are in the eligible group may receive the payment late. The key in all this is within the established requirements and the collection method chosen by the beneficiary.

Thus, choosing one collection method or another will result in whether or not we receive a check on time. Having this information will help us determine if the SSDI payment will reach our pockets as soon as possible. Are you among the group of retirees who will receive the new Social Security benefit?

WHO WILL NOT RECEIVE SSDI ON TIME ON SEPTEMBER 1ST?

The group of SSDI retirees who do not activate Direct Deposit will not be able to receive the money on the same day. This is always the case every month, so we must take this collection method into account in order to make the best possible choice.

The peculiarity of September is that the payment arrives earlier, yes, but not for everyone. The Administration will send the payment on the 1st of the month. However, beneficiaries who do not have Direct Deposit activated can still receive the money, but a little later.

The Social Security check, regardless of the type of benefit, will arrive on that day only for pensioners with a pre-1997 pension. The rest of the SSDI beneficiaries and other pensioners will have to wait a little longer.

The other payment days will be on September 13th, 20th and 27th. Retirees who have collected a benefit since after 1997 will be able to receive their money on this day. However, another requirement must also be met.

To collect on the 13th day, the SSDI retiree must have a birthday between the 1st and 10th of the month. As for September 20th, any beneficiary with a birthday between the 11th and 20th of the month and a post-1997 benefit will receive a payment. Similarly, the second requirement for retirees collecting on September 27th is to have a birthday between the 21st and 31st of the month.
