- Have a birthday between the 21st and 31st of any month. It is not necessary to be born in the month of February to get the February check. Retirees born in this month can collect benefits for the other months of the year.
If you were born before the 21st of the month, your payment day should have been on the 8th or 15th of February. If you did not receive your check and you were born between the 1st and 21st of the month, you should claim your benefit.
