SNAP payments are possible at Walmart’s website. However, there are some things you should do before being able to use it. Walmart accepts EBT card payments online but there are some simple steps you need to follow. In the first place, you would need to update your information regarding payments.
To do so, you need to sign in to your Walmart pickup and delivery account. Then you would need to choose the Payment methods section. There are 49 states that accept EBT cards for grocery pickup & delivery orders.
So, you will see EBT online if your local Walmart store accepts them. Then, add your EBT card details to your personal account. Do not forget to save your SNAP card. It is advisable to do this process 24 hours before you do your grocery shopping online.
What advantages can you get by using your SNAP card at Walmart?
Once you connect your SNAP card to your Walmart account you can enjoy using EBT online with no-basket minimums. However, it may take up to 24 hours to be eligible, so make sure you do it in advance. It will be really simple since all the information you need to type is your First Name, Last Name, and your Card Number.
Walmart will not require you to insert your SNAP card PIN number until you are at the checkout. In case you have no Walmart account you can easily create one. Once you have sorted everything out, you can start looking for the items available for your SNAP card. What should you do after ticking the EBT food eligible?

Once you have finished choosing the products you need, you will see the food eligible for the SNAP card at Walmart. Besides, you will see the total amount you will have to pay.
Then, click on Checkout to make the payment with your SNAP card at Walmart’s online shopping website. Remember that if you buy items that are not eligible for the EBT card, you will need a different debit or credit card to pay for the rest of your grocery shopping. Do not forget to tick on your EBT card box to pay with it. Then enter the EBT cash amount you may want to use. Use your debit or credit card to pay if you exceed your EBT funds. Then click on continue and enter your PIN to finish your purchase.
