The United States Government has announced the eligibility list for the next Social Security Disability Income. In each new month, Social Security checks may arrive to All United States citizens. Receiving it on one day or another will depend on several elements such as the day of the birthday or the year of retirement.
In this sense, each new payment day is only for one group of retirees. We cannot receive all the checks that the Social Security Administration sends to disability retirees. Certain eligibility requirements must be met. However, it is also true that regardless of which list we are on, we will receive our disability benefit.
The main thing to receive the Social Security Disability Income payment every month is to have the benefit previously accepted. If this is the case, the payment will arrive within a week or so. Even so, it is good to know the exact day on which we will receive the check in order to have a better financial organization at home.
WHO WILL RECEIVE THE SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY INCOME ON SEPTEMBER 13?
The last group is the one that will receive the September 13 Social Security Disability Income. This group is made up of beneficiaries in the United States who meet two requirements. This is the eligibility criteria to receive the new check:
- Have a retirement benefit applied for after 1997. It does not matter if this benefit is disability or age retirement. What is important is the year of retirement.
- Have a birthday between the 1st and 10th of the month. This other piece of information is also vital. If we do not have the birthday between these days, the benefit will arrive at another time of the month.
These two elements are fundamental. We will not be able to collect the September 13 Social Security without meeting the two eligibility criteria. In addition to that, it is also important to keep in mind that the type of benefit does not matter. Both disability and any other retirement checks will come in the same way if we are in the aforementioned group.
SEPTEMBER SOCIAL SECURITY SCHEDULE
The September calendar payments are a little different than usual. Within the retirement or disability checks we find some irregularities. In addition to that, also the Supplemental Security Income payment has another different irregularity.
So, these are all the payments for disability benefit and other pensioners in September 2023:
- September 1st. Double payments. Both pre-1997 retirees and Supplemental Security Income recipients collect on this day.
- September 13th. Payment for post-1997 retirees with birthdays between the 1st and 10th of the month.
- September 20th. Retirees with a birthday between the 11th and 20th of the month and a post-1997 benefit are paid on this day.
- September 27th. Last group of retirees who collect in September 2023. This check is for Social Security Disability Income for beneficiaries with a birthday between the 21st and 31st and a post-1997 benefit.
- September 29th. October Supplemental Security Income payment for the month of October.
As you can see, both the 1st and 29th of September have some minor irregularities. Even so, the dollar amount will be the same for each Social Security Disability Income recipient.
