The payment of this benefit is always on the 1st of each month. So today is March 1st, which means that these beneficiaries can enjoy a check. However, in order to get Supplemental Security Income, they must meet one requirement in addition to having the benefit accepted.
Who gets Supplemental Security Income today?
Americans who have activated Direct Deposit as a collection method can get their Supplemental Security Income payment today. This benefit, which has a check for up to $943 per month, is not for all Americans.
So if you have check accepted, payment could arrive today in that case. However, if we do not have this collection method activated the money will arrive a little later. This will all depend on the collection method you choose to get your Social Security payments.

Requirements for Social Security SSI
