All United States citizens have to pay their taxes to the IRS in the United States every year. These types of payments are completely mandatory and no one can avoid them, so making them as soon as possible and in the best possible way is the best option to avoid problems.
In the case of not paying taxes, the IRS could send us a notification with a penalty or a fine, something that nobody wants to get. For that reason, making each of these payments to the IRS is important and it doesn’t matter if we don’t have the option to pay it online, since there are more options.
Although it is true that paying taxes online may be the fastest and safest way, we also find that not all Americans have that option. Fortunately, tax payments can be made in other ways, so we don’t have to worry too much about it.
How can I pay my taxes to the IRS without doing it online?
According to the IRS itself on the Social X network, paying taxes online is fast, efficient and secure. Doing it this way will help us a lot to speed up the process and forget about these kinds of problems.
The easiest and most secure way to pay your taxes is electronically. However, if you need to pay your federal taxes with cash, visit #IRS at https://t.co/x5DrrpzwgT to learn the ways to do it. pic.twitter.com/q3Kklf3Z9z

However, if we don’t have the option to do so, we can always pay in physical form. Paying these taxes electronically is a very viable and secure option, but not the only one for everyone. It is possible to do so in cash, although we must take into account everything that this entails.
There are four main ways to pay our taxes to the IRS in cash:
- Electronically using a prepaid card or mobile app
- At one of the retail partners
- By mail using money order or cashier’s check
- In person at one of our IRS Taxpayer Assistance Centers (TACs)
If you have any questions, you can always go to one of the IRS offices and ask about all the options and all the advantages of paying your taxes in cash or electronically.
