Social Security beneficiaries born between the 11th and 20th of any month are to receive checks worth up to $4,555 in three days.

Those whose birthdays are between the 11th and 20th will receive their checks next Wednesday, September 20. You can get up to $4,555 if you have delayed your retirement as long as possible.
For beneficiaries born after the 21st, they will receive their money on the last Wednesday of the month, September 27.
Because of this year’s COLA, the maximum benefit for recipients is set at $4,555, while the average check is $1,827.
Note that the last payment this month will not be on the 27th, but on the 29th, as SSI will be paid earlier due to the October 1 holiday.
