The next of the Social Security Disability Insurance benefit payments will be coming very soon. In this regard, the Social Security benefit checks are not only for SSDI beneficiaries, but SSDI beneficiaries can also get a Social Security Disability benefit check.
So if you are expecting to get one of the Social Security Disability or retirement checks soon, you should know that the Administration will be sending one very soon. And just having a United States retirement benefit will be almost enough to get this check.
Which group gets the next Disability check?
The Social Security Administration will send the Disability payment to beneficiaries who have a previously accepted benefit. If our payment is in process, the check will not arrive this April, but we will have to wait a little longer.
Even so, the next of the payments will be on April 10th and it is only for group 2 retirees. And within this group there are both Disability and other types of retirees. So we will not need to have a specific type of benefit to get the check.
However, we do need to meet two requirements. The first is to have the benefit since after May 1997. The second requirement is to have your birthday between the 1st and 10th of the month. Only with these two requirements will the Administration send us the Social Security payment on April 10th.
Remaining Disability Payments in April 2024
In addition to this April 10th payment. The Social Security Administration will send other checks for Disability within the month of April. These checks will arrive on the 17th and 24th of the month. However, if we receive the April 10th payment, we will not get a check on either of these other two days.
The April 17th payment will be for retirees with birthdays between the 11th and 20th of the month. Also, it is also necessary to have the benefit as of May 1997. This is not the last of the checks for this benefit, as there is one more on the 24th day.
If we want to collect our Disability payment on April 24th, we must meet other requirements. It is true that like the previous payments it is also necessary to have the payment as of May 1997. But for this particular case we must also have a birthday between the 21st and 31st of any month.
