When will my Disability benefit arrive in January 2024?

As is the case every month, United States Disability beneficiaries may get a payment in January

Disability Benefit will arrive in one of these days in January

The new January 2024 Disability benefit payment schedule is about to begin in the United States. These checks will arrive on different days to different groups of beneficiaries. Each American belongs to one of the groups and by just knowing the group to which we belong we will be able to know on which day we will receive the benefit.

In total, the Administration divides retirees into four different groups. Each of these groups gets its check on a different day or, at least, the Administration sends it on a different day. Getting it on the same day it is sent depends directly on whether we have Direct Deposit activated or not.

So by checking if we belong to the next group, we will be able to know directly if we will have a check of up to $3,743 for disability in just a few days. The full January 2024 calendar is now available and we can mark on our own calendar the exact day when the Administration will send out each of the checks.

SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY BENEFIT SCHEDULE FOR JANUARY 2024

The four mailing days for Social Security payments are spread throughout the month of January. To find out the day on which we will get the benefit, all we have to do is look at what requirements we meet. In order to collect each of the checks, we must meet certain requirements.

On the one hand, the year of retirement is very important, while the day of birth is also important to determine which group we belong to. If we do not get the payment on one day we can always get it on the other, so it is a matter of checking the conditions to mark the day on the calendar.

We will be able to get the disability benefit on one of these days:

As far as the type of benefit is concerned, it does not matter in order to get one of these payments. The important thing is to have the benefit accepted and meet the requirements, so whether it is for disability or old age retirement doesn’t really matter.

On the other hand, neither does the year of birth or month of birth matter. Only the data that is added next to each date matters. Also, remember that these are the dates on which the Social Security Administration will send the checks. Whether we get them immediately or not depends on whether we have activated Direct Deposit or not.
