Ingredients

  • Pineapple : 100 grams.
  • Carrot | 1 unit.
  • Apple | 1 unit.
  • Orange | 1 unit.
  • Fresh turmeric.

Elaboration

  1. The star product of this juice is the pineapple. Therefore, as a first step, peel the pineapple and cut it into small pieces.
  2. Next, we wash, peel and chop the carrot, turmeric and apple.
  3. The next step is to squeeze the orange juice and leave it reserved for later steps.
  4. Finally we introduce all the ingredients in the blender, add the orange juice and blend until the juice is perfectly homogeneous.

It is suitable to serve once it has been made. However, in the summer season it is usual to add a little crushed ice to be consumed very cold.
