Foods with saturated fats: Dairy products (milk, cheese, yogurt, butter, etc.), coconut and palm oils and animal meats (chicken, beef, pork).
Trans fats: Present in fast food, industrial snacks and processed foods.

Foods rich in sugar: Sweets are very harmful, so it is recommended not to consume large amounts of these foods and replace them with healthier ones.

Pineapple and lemon juice

In case what we are looking for is to control cholesterol and triglyceride levels, pineapple and lemon juice could be a great solution. To prepare it, first we must blend the pineapple with a glass of water. Then, add the rest of the water to the lemon juice and stir it well.

Once we have liquefied the pineapple, we take it to the rest of the water with spices, mixing it well to obtain a homogeneous juice. Finally, remove it after a couple of hours to enjoy one of the healthiest juices that we can include in our diet.

Pineapple and orange juice

Pineapple juice with an orange bagasse is one of the best home remedies to lower triglycerides. Both orange and pineapple bagasse are rich in soluble fibers that help reduce the concentration of fats in the bloodstream, resulting in lower levels of triglycerides in the blood and also prevents the appearance of cholesterol.

For this juice we will only need a blender to blend the smoothie and we should drink it daily, twice a day, once in the morning and once at night.

In this sense, we must keep in mind that citrus fruits are one of the most used remedies to lower triglyceride levels, as they can increase the acidity of gastric juices.

These fruits are rich in citric acids and can help us to reduce stomach and digestion problems, reducing the probabilities of suffering gastritis or reflux during their consumption.
