The new SSDI benefits will reach the thousands of United States citizens who meet certain requirements in just a few hours. But it is true that there are other groups that will not get their payment on these days, but on other totally different days. The advantage of the monthly SSDI payment collection is that you know you will get your check without any problems, but it is true that we must know the payment schedule for optimal organization.
In the month of March, as in the rest of the months of the year, the Administration sends a total of four different payments to SSDI beneficiaries. Each of these payments is for a specific group of Americans, so it is not possible to receive two of these payments. It is only possible to receive one check each month, unless we also have an accepted SSI payment.
If you are waiting to receive your March SSDI payment, it may appear in the next few hours. It all depends on whether or not you are eligible for the April 12th payment. If so, you just have to wait a little while before you can access your money, which will arrive in your checking account after 24 or 48 hours. In this sense, the collection method we have chosen also completely changes which day you will get your usual payment.
When will my March 2025 SSDI arrive?
In this week of March, the Social Security Administration will send the payment to group 2 retirees. But those who are group 3 or group 4 beneficiaries may also get the payment in the coming weeks. Also, if you are part of SSDI group 1, you should already have the money in your checking account.
However, we must bear in mind that each group has its own requirements. If we do not meet the requirements, it will be impossible to receive this payment. So, we must know the requirements and the payment days for the next few days in March:
- March 12th. Payment for group 2 retirees. To be part of group 2 it is mandatory to have a check from after May 1997 and to have your birthday between the 1st and 10th of any month.
- March 19th. Payment for retirees in group 3. To be part of group 3 it is compulsory to have the check from after May 1997 and have your birthday between the 11th and 20th of any month.
- March 26th. Payment for group 4 retirees. To be part of group 4 it is mandatory to have the check from after May 1997 and have your birthday between the 21st and 31st of any month.
Thanks to this plan we will be able to know at what time of the month we will receive the March SSDI, thus planning our household economy. Remember that with Direct Deposit you get your payment on the same day it is sent, but without this collection method you will have the check a few days later.
