Although today stimulus checks no longer have such a general name, some United States citizens know this type of financial help by that name. While it is true that stimulus checks were the payments sent out during pandemic help, we can still see some of these checks today.
Regardless of whether they come from the American Rescue Plan or not, these payments still find their way into Americans’ pockets. Throughout the year, citizens can collect one of these payments if they qualify. There are different conditions attached to each of these checks.
In general, these stimulus checks are tied to the taxes Americans pay each year. Therefore, in most of these checks we are going to be required to pay the taxes on time. Still, it is true that some of these checks do not have too many requirements, although that depends on each situation.

UPCOMING STIMULUS CHECKS
One of the best things about stimulus checks is that they can come throughout the year. Sometimes Americans find themselves surprised to have a new payment arrive in their pocket for simply paying their taxes on time.
Even so, there are some states that have marked on the calendar the days on which they will send out checks of this style. The case of Alaska is very particular in this regard. And the fact is that every year Alaska sends the so-called PFD. This type of payment is for all Alaskan citizens who meet only one requirement. It is mandatory to have lived in Alaska in the previous year to be eligible to get this check.
The payment for this benefit is $1,312 in this year 2023. Even though it references last year’s benefits, the payment comes in this year. So we can get this payment in 2023 without any problems and enjoy our stimulus check thanks to the PFD.
Also, there are in the United States three other interesting stimulus checks. In Colorado there is another tax-related payment. The payment is $1,044 in a single check and to qualify you need to have a maximum annual income of $16,925.
Finally, there are two more states that can send one of these payments. These other states are Montana and Virginia. In Montana there is still a Tax Refund pending, so it is mandatory to have made the Tax Return on time. In Virginia the situation is more or less the same, although we have checks of up to $400 if we meet all the requirements.
