In the United States, medical services are often very expensive for most families who do not have Medicare. - Have Full Medicaid coverage.
- Receive help from your state by paying the premium part of Medicare part B.
- Receiving Supplemental Security Income from Social Security.
If you are in one of these three groups of citizens, you may be able to get this extra help. This means that you will not have to pay for most drugs, and you will not have to pay Medicare Part D, since it will be included in what you have already contracted for.
Who can get this medical help?
To get Medicare you will have to meet one of two main requirements. It does not matter which one you meet, as they are both at the same level. The first one is to be at least 65 years old. The other one of the requirements is to have some type of disability.
This means that it doesn’t matter if you are 65 or have a disability, since both options are valid for applying for Medicare. It is not mandatory to receive Social Security at the same time, since we can have this medical help without the need for a pensioner’s check.
