Surely on more than one day you have wondered what to do if you want to keep all your files on your Android phone. If we do not change operating system, this is not a problem, since everything is stored in the cloud and doing a restore on the new phone is more than enough. But what happens if we change operating system?

In this case, we can find some difficulties. It is not as simple as when you change from one Android cell phone to another. This time, we are going to show you how to transfer all your files from your Android phone to your iPhone. Follow these steps and you will have no problem.

Step by step to send your Android data from your cell phone

The first thing we are going to do is to connect both mobiles to the same Wi-Fi connection. This is really important, since the application will use that network to transfer the data. To connect your new phone to the internet you just need to choose the right network and enter the password.

Once this is done, we need to access the Google Play Store on our Android phone. After that, we download the “Move to iOs” application. It is important to note that this application is completely for free. Then you will not have to pay anything for it.

When we have the application installed, we must accept all permissions, since without permissions our Android will not be able to transfer any data to our new iOs mobile. Once this is done, we move on to download the same application from the iOs device.

Transfer all the data you want

When we have already installed on both cell phones this app and we have accepted all the terms, we tap on the Android mobile “Move to iOs”. This will give us a set of numbers that we will have to use later.

With the same app open on the iOs mobile, we enter the code that we have been given previously, but first we must click on “Move from Android”. Once this is done, we choose the data we want to send to the new device. Then, press “Send” and now we just have to wait.

The waiting time depends a lot on the number of files and their weight. For that I advise you to be patient because it can take a long time. Or maybe will take just a few minutes.
