Disability Benefits: These beneficiaries will not have to wait any longer to get their September benefits

The last of the United States Social Security disability payments is fast approaching for its beneficiaries. Even so, not all Americans with a disability benefit collect on this day.

However, we do have to keep in mind that since it is the last check of the month the rest of the beneficiaries who are not on the list for this check should already have the money in their pocket.

Therefore, in the next few days all citizens with a disability benefit should have already cashed their September check. If not, we may have to claim the payment to get it as soon as possible.

Even so, some of these beneficiaries still have time to collect the payment. Depending on the collection method chosen, the payment may arrive sooner or later. For that reason, it is a good idea to activate the fastest method to get the disability benefit as soon as possible.

WHO GETS THE LAST DISABILITY PAYMENT FOR SEPTEMBER?

The last disability check benefit for the month of September will arrive on the 27th of the month. This is the last day of pensioner payments, but it is not the last payment the Social Security Administration will send to United States citizens.

In order to get this new check in just a few days it is mandatory to meet two requirements. These are the conditions of the new payment:

1. To have the benefit fully accepted since after 1997. It does not work if the benefit is in the process of being accepted.
2. To be between the 21st and 31st of the month. The rest of the retirees have already cashed their checks before.

And nothing else. These are the requirements for the Social Security Administration to send us a check on the 27th day of September. However, it is also possible to get the payment on the same day, but it is necessary to activate Direct Deposit. Thanks to this method of payment, we will not have to wait even one day to get each of the benefits.

Despite all this, this is not the last Social Security payment of the month. Thousands of citizens with a disability can also get an extra check for $914 before October arrives. This extra check is Supplemental Security Income.

If you have SSI accepted and Direct Deposit activated, the check will arrive on the same day September 29th. If you choose another payment method, the payment could arrive around the 4th or 5th of October.
