Her 2006 audition, singing Jennifer Holliday’s “And I Am Telling You I’m Not Going,” wowed judges Brandy Norwood, Piers Morgan and David Hasselhoff with her powerful voice. After weeks of semifinals, 11-year-old Bianca was declared the inaugural winner of the reality show and received $1 million.

Bianca’s popularity grew quickly on the show, largely due to YouTube videos, as viewers were pleasantly surprised by her performances.
